Great customer service

After a full year of sleeping on these sheets, I had another dream Big Foot was chasing me and I somehow tore a hole in my mattress sheet with the heal of my foot. I was really mad at Sasquatch, until B&B sent me a whole new set. Thank you B&B. YO&U ROCK.

Sheets

The sheets are indeed very soft. They are deep enough for our queen mattress. Both the fitted and the flat sheets are generously deep.

Love the Sheets!

The sheets are great. They are initially a little scratchy, but that quickly goes away with use. I've only had them for a short time, so I don't know about durability. They are a little on the pricey side though, the only downfall so far.

Quality on new purchase was not the same.

New purchase was not the great quality sheets I previously purchased. In fact, the sheets were actually worn out to the threads in one area. I should have returned them but didn't realize it until it was too late.

Not as soft as advertised

I bought these sheets because of the softness and quality that was advertised. They are beautiful but not as soft as I would expect for the price. Even after washing them.
