    Builds volume lash by lash as opposed to traditional volumizing formulas that create the appearance of volume by clumping lashes together. The long-wearing formula holds its own against flaking, smudging, sweat and humidity. Best Mascara!

Once I discovered Bobbi Brown Smokey Eye mascara, it’s the only mascara I wear. Slightly smoky and perfect if you have blonde hair. Dark black mascara isn’t flattering for me.
