Flimsy, scuffs easily, straps break easily....this is a fragile plastic bag. I've been through two sets.

Not as Big as It Looks
The bag itself is as it appears which is a good thing. However, I thought it would be a little bigger than it is. I wanted it as a carry on for travel but I am not sure if it will hold all I need. The other thing about it is that I paid for express shipping and it did not arrive when I needed it to so I was unable to use it for what I purchased it for. Bloomingdale's did reimburse me the extra for the express shipping but it would have been nicer and more customer friendly if they waved the entire shipping cost.
