Should be a zero rating

Please do not buy Bloomingdale brand "fine" jewelry. I bought these earrings on sale on 5/20 (down to $400 from $1K!) , the post completely broke while in my ear this week (5 months after purchase), I'm a loyalist, and called to ask for an exchange or something and was told the best they could do was give me 20% of the full purchase price back which is odd and not customer satisfactory. Lesson learned- stick to name brand jewelry ALWAYS. Not a happy loyalist here- AT ALL

LOVE THEM

so happy I purchased these - got these on sale and worth every penny. Wanted bigger hoops and these are big - but light and gold is beautiful. I have another pair of the gold hoops from Bloomingdales but they are the "normal" middle/large size hoops - these are just like the picture and description in terms of size.
