Bought for my husband it is hollow and not masculine enough.i thought it was solid so unfortunately im taking it back

I was disappointed in this necklace. I purchased it for my husband since it was advertised as a men’s necklace. The cross is an okay size, although the back side is hallowed out. However, the chain is light and dainty. It looked silly and with his large man hands, he couldn’t take it off himself. Definitely not worth even the sale price.
