Earring broke when fell on floor

Bought these earrings two months ago. One fell on the floor and broke. I contacted customer service but nothing was done. Would definitely not purchase.

Disappointed

Disappointing! They are going back. It was very misleading. Not sure if it is really turquoise. The picture portrays a very different earring than what was received.
