Tangled/knotted upon arrival.

This is beautiful. I was not happy when I opened the box. I had a $3000 necklace that was tangled in knots. I was going to return but with some fine tweezers and lots of patience I was able to untangle and get knots out. My other concern is that the chain is VERY fine. I wanted this for an occasion and decided to take the chance it would be ok.
