Disappointed – Poor Durability and No Support

I purchased these 14K gold earrings from Bloomingdale’s 11 months ago. While they looked elegant and felt great to wear, one of them has already stopped latching properly. Unfortunately, I was told that they’re not eligible for repair or exchange—even though I’m a Bloomingdale’s cardholder. It’s really disappointing considering the brand and the price point. I expected better durability and customer service. This experience makes me hesitant to purchase fine jewelry from Bloomingdale’s again.

Latch Doesn’t Stay Locked

Don’t buy! I’ve been wearing jewelry for many, many years and never lost any. Didn’t have this more than a week and an earring came off. Heartbroken as other reviews said the same but these were perfect for what I wanted and so beautiful so I finally couldn’t resist buying them after looking at them for a year. BIG mistake! what a waste of my money. Don’t take a chance on these.

Cute but…

The idea is using two smaller diamonds to give it the look of a larger diamond is a great idea. Just not sure I like the overall design of earrings.
