Two little diamonds fell out within a few wearings

I just noticed I was missing two diamonds after a few months. I wrote Bloomingdales about how to repair and they said there is no warranty and I have to pay for it. I said it was defective and the diamonds were not properly attached. They don’t stand behind the quality of the fine jewelry collection. Beautiful ring, but Bloomingdales is a terrible place to buy fine jewelry. Bad quality at a high price.
