The sapphire is not what I expected to look like it looks for quality

Stones fall off easily, even on replacement.

Bought for my wife, who loved it. Within 6 weeks it lost a stone. I returned and replaced it, and the new one lost 2 stones within 5 days of receiving it. Beautiful junk.
