Defective

Looks very pretty but was very disappointed when I had guests over and they tried to use it for the first time and it wouldn’t dispense. Now I have to discard of the soap to return it. What a shame!

Beautiful but cracked

I got it today in the mail but when I opened the box I noticed that there was a small crack… there should have been a better packaging system. I’m not going to return because I’m not in the mood for all that trouble.
