Awful would not buy again from Bloomingdale’s

Terrible customer service. I received one damaged piece in a set of 4 items and I’ve yet to receive the replacement. Waiting months receiving many emails from the warehouse saying it was not in that truckload so I need to wait for another truckload. This has been over this has repeated over and over again. No one seems to care either. Worst customer service ever!
