Terrible experience with this Ondee dinnerware

I bought this dinnerware a few years ago and the blue splatter has faded almost completely from dishes and mugs! I never expected to have this happen with Bernardaud. It was very expensive for everyday dinnerware. I brought it in to the store and they did nothing.Very upset.
