Horrendous Customer Service

Two shipments. Package number one wasn’t delivered as promised. Everyday customer service has a different date or excuse. Website lies stating the delivery by date when ordering. Still no package has arrived. Shipment #2: Ninety percent of my order never shipped, in which I told them to cancel the order, for misrepresenting the availability, but they would not. I am leaving town and will not be around if and when the package is delivered. This didn’t phase them. They have left me no choice other than to chargeback the order on my credit card. Thankfully, I do not have a Bloomingdale’s card.

Love these bowls!

Beautiful bowls with a unique border. Love the area for food as it isn’t too deep making it ideal for serving more than just soup (ie. pasta). Would highly recommend purchasing.
