Mattress pad fits beautifully But the connectors into mattress pad are in the middle of where your feet are. Queen size has 2 connectors and plugs are on end of cover but connectors are at bottom of pad, where your feet are! uncomfortable!

Soft and comfortable !
I received this item for free in exchange for my honest opinion thank you influenster and beauty rest. Highly satisfied with this pad with two different controls for both left and right. Comes with automatic shut off after a certain time too not worry about over heating. Long durable cords easy instructions, washable and light. Heats up amazingly!

Wish material was thicker
The material feels kinda cheap, also it takes a while to heat up but I like that it has two plug ins so if your partner doesn’t want there side heated up they don’t have to turn it on. Stays warm for a while I just wish the material was thicker and more comfortable.

I love the heat
I was so excited to receive this in the mail because I get so cold at night. This fit my bed perfectly covering every inch of it. It has 5 heat settings plus a preheat setting. The highest setting gets really warm and I had to turn it down through the night. I kept it on the first setting and it’s the most comfortably warm setting where you’re not too hot. I love this mattress pad!

Dual zone temp rocks!
I am loving this heated mattress pad! This was very easy to put on. Our mattress is 14" and we have a 3" topper so we are very close to the 18" thickness limit and as you can see, the mattress pad fits! I received this in queen and the pad stays in place. My favorite feature is that my partner and I each have control over our own temperature, because the queen has two control modules. There are 5 temperature settings. The controls are easy to attach to the mattress pad and they have a latch that keeps them connected. One simple press is all you need for release. This heats quickly and the safety auto-off feature I'd appreciated. I can't believe I didn't add one of these to my life sooner! If you get cold easily, this is a must add for your winter bedding.

Perfect

Must have for winter
A must needed item for me during the winter. I get cold easily so this is perfect to use to warm up my bed before I sleep. I also like to turn it on in the morning. The queen has 2 controls for left and right. Since I only sleep on one side, I just plug in one controller. It immediately heats up and I always turn it off before I fall asleep. I set it to preheat or a low 2-3 as I don’t need it all the way up. I also don’t need to turn on my heater anymore at night or the morning since I have this heating pad.

not durable
Bought a king size. Control on one side broke just after one year of using, so only one side can heat up now. Very disappointing for such an expensive purchase.
