Looks good on paper but....

The delivery time was twice longer than expected (announced to be shipped in 3 days - so you expect delivery in 5/6days - package arrived more than 10 days later) The product received is either of very bad quality a refurbished product that was not inspected before being sent to me. Not only some part were clearly torn but at some points of junction you can see the paint being fainted already even before assembling the products parts together. Check the pictures below. Customer care contacted they expect me to go to an UPS store or a Bloomingdale's store with the product for a return... (more than 80 lbs)

My child loves the bookshelf. I will say it was a lot heavier then I expected, but it is probably for the best.
