Horrible!

I have received my order recently. My new coat that I was excited about, came inside of a paper-thin envelope, which was torn down due to transportation. The coat inside was not wrapped in anything else, it was just squeezed into the envelope. Instead of receiving a piece of clothing, I received a piece of fabric, by the state of which it is only now good to wash floors with. Speechless. It is obvious that customer service nowadays could benefit from some improvement everywhere, but I would never expect it from Bloomingdales. Contacted customer service, and I wish I didn't bother wasting my time.
