Fun skirt!

This skirt has tons of possibilities from casual to dressy. Fabric is nice, flat waist line is nice, color is true white, not light beige or creamy white. Only thing, the waist band is SUPER small. Creative alterations will be needed! This skirt is so much fun it's worth the effort!

OMG !! You weren't kidding when you wrote that the waist on the Aqua white bubble skirt is crazy tiny. The skirt is great and I want to keep it but please share what your "creative" alterations were. Thanks so much :-)
