Disappointed

I was disappointed to see Bloomingdale’s not take into consideration this sweater had stains and a hole in it as well as smelling like perfume from another customer who obviously returned this. Bloomingdale’s is not what it used to be many years ago. Quality of service has changed for the worse not better.
