perfect darling little top

i really love this top and is exactly what i was looking for - a flirty top i could wear on dates that isn't too revealing in an unclassy way but is still cute and feminine and young. i'm usually a small in tops and the small fit me perfectly.

Arrived Damaged

Cute top, perfect little white top for summer. Except it arrived with the elastic on the right arm completely blown out. Upon unpacking I could clearly see the elastic is over stretched. When I tried it on the arm band just hangs off my arm. The left side sits snug on my arm as advertised. Whoever packed the shipment could easily see the top was not not right. Far below my expectations for Bloomingdales.
