Excellent LBD!

Aqua is Bloomies house brand. It can be hit or miss. Took a chance on this dress and it was a direct hit. I am 5 feet 4 inches and CURVY and right now my weight is 187 lbs; while my rib cage and waist are narrower by breasts are 38 DDD and I “suffer” from being short waisted with a “tire tummy”, wide hits, and a good size behind. I excercize so not overly flabby but at 60 my body is showing its maturity! The dress hits in such a way the top is fitted but not too tight and like an empire waist. The skirt is fitted but again not tight over yummy, hips, and thighs but then flairs out as rumble down… the length is near ankle on my frame. The best part is the lining and the lace are fairly stretchy and have give and the weight of both is substantial … not too heavy but the lace does have weight. The lace is lovely … on line pictures hard to see as it’s black. The bodice buttons undo. It has fit and movement and it’s classy. I would wear it spring, fall, and winter but too heavy for summer.

Well made Black Lace Dress

Very nice dress , however the material is a little thick and the dress is probably a little long for most . I am 5’7 and I thought it could have been a little shorter in length but I’m ok with it .

Bet on black

Sexy yet classic look. This dress is absolutely gorgeous for any occasion. High quality lace and lined but not hot or heavy. True fit, it is a bit long but a pair of heels are perfect.

Disappointed in length of dress

Dress was much longer than pictured. Almost near my ankles and I am 5'6inches. I am returning the dress as it gives granny look
