Stylish, but significantly cropped

I purchased the Aqua cropped turtleneck sweater seeking something both warm and stylish for the season. While the sweater has some definite highlights, the sizing is a major consideration. Let's start with the positives: the material quality and construction are excellent, and the comfort level is good (4/5). The standout feature is definitely the structured design with the heart appliqué, which gives this sweater its unique, eye-catching appeal. However, I was disappointed with the fit. The sweater runs extremely small - appearing about 2 sizes too small on me and looking nothing like how it's presented on the model. Unfortunately, this means I haven't been able to wear it yet as it's simply too short. I really like the sweater so I've already ordered it in XL to see if sizing up 2-3 sizes will achieve the look shown online. When properly fitted, this sweater would be incredibly versatile - suitable for pairing with everything from casual sweats to jeans, and easily dressed up or down. I would recommend this sweater to others, but with the strong caution to size up significantly - at least 2-3 sizes from what you'd normally wear.
