Hi Ana Luisa team, I purchased three items from your store on July 09, 2023, and I’ve really enjoyed wearing them. Unfortunately, I’ve run into an issue with one of the pieces Hoop Earirings-Mini Abby is no longer clicks to close securely. I'm quite sad about this, as it was one of my favorites. I noticed that one of the earring was a bit loose from the beginning in the way it closes, though I chose to keep it at the time.

They’re just what you want on a Zoom call to be professional, but not flashy.They don’t wiggle when you’re presenting. They’re so light you can sleep in them. They’re well made and stay on.
