Disappointed--help?

We aren't using it much because food sticks--we reviewed the video and think we are following directions but both chicken and steak have stuck to the skillet. Guidelines say food will release when done but that has not been our experience.

Lots of cooking

Cooks well but uncomfortable to hold.

I’m pleased with the way this pan cooks but the handle is uncomfortable. It’s not rounded enough.

So Disappointed

My dream cookware- All Clad! But this fry pan not so much. I've used it 3 times and I it looks like it's 5 years old. Scratches, discoloration. I don't use it that often so I can't return it, unfortunately. If I could I would in a heartbeat.

This a great pan for all sorts of cooking. I wanted a pan without teflon, that is a pan I will use a long time.

I regret buying stainless. I’ve been told it’s easy to cook eggs on stainless w a bit of practice. Just go Carbon steel instead.
