Poor quality coating

Have many of the stainless pots and pans from All-Clad and love them. Decided to try some upgraded bakeware and wanted to move away from the brands that don’t hold up. I used the All-Clad non-stick bakeware piece less than 5 times for normal baking. Significant flaking or holes appeared in the coating. I bought cake pans at the same time and have not had any issues, but don’t like the fact that quality is inconsistent.

Bent on the 2nd use

Love the thickness and the coating, but it bent the second time we used the pan, at a reasonable temperature, this was faster than the cheap pans we bought.

Makes Fantastic Cookie Bars!

The jelly roll pan is fantastic! It was a game changer for this year’s Christmas baking. It is gorgeous, functional and well priced. My only complaint was that it took quite awhile to receive it.

Pan warps at 400 degrees... Specifically paid for what I thought was a high quality product only for it to perform exactly the same as a cheap/thin sheet pan I can buy from a big box hardware store...
