Makes baking a little bit easier

I used this to make a deep dish pizza and it turned out great. The crust came out perfect and the spring form made it super simple to get the pizza out without making a mess. Next I want to try to make a cheesecake and I hope it turns out just as good.

Quality material and relatively easy to use

The ‘All-Clad Metalcrafters pro-release bakeware springform pan’ presents with high-quality stainless steel and durable material. It can be a bit challenging to reconnect the plate piece with the surrounding ring, but after a bit of finagling, it is relatively simple.

Perfect size cake pan!

This is a beautiful cake pan with a very durable spring opening. The size is perfect (not considered mini to me)and the cleaning is very easy. I'm very happy with my new All-Clad Pro Release cake pan.
