All in one pan

I was pleasantly surprised by this product especially since it so heavy which makes it quite durable. I will say that it got dirty and you have to put elbow to get it cleaned. I have chosen to use aluminum foil to avoid less cleanup time. It also cooks the food rather quickly since the pan is so long and wide. I will enjoy using this cast iron into the colder months to make one pan meals

Fit not the best

More an 19 inches is needed to accommodate the handle projections in order fir the griddle to fit properly on the cooktop . Otherwise it is dood.

Great for induction cook tops

Appears well made. It has a flat bottom that sits directly on an induction cook top so that there is efficient induction heating of the pan

Harder to use than I expected

It is very heavy and after the first use I had a hard time cleaning it. Also got much hotter than I anticipated as I continued to cook.

Great pan!

I love this pan. This is easy to clean and use. I love that I can bake or sautee on this. It could even go to the grill. Even heat distribution as well.

We love this

We love this! We’ve used it for pancakes a few times so far and they turn out great every time. The heat distribution is what we expected, with the areas directly over the burners being a bit hotter than the middle, which was fine for us. It’s heavy, but it’s cast iron so we expected that too. Overall, it’s been great!
