Wrinkled as always

I am so tired of Bloomingdales sending me my expensive purchases in tiny plastic envelopes……smaller than usual…..wrinkled as always. Why does Alice and Olivia allow this. Of course I’m returning it….Im done with spending hours steaming my Bloomingdale's purchases.
