Damaged and Defective

I’ve ordered this jacket 4 times and every last jacket I’ve received has come damaged. The jacket is very beautiful that’s why I ordered it so many times hoping I would get at least one in good condition. Bloomingdales I don’t understand why I’ve received this jacket 4 times damaged. This isn’t the only merchandise that I’ve received in poor condition. Does anyone care?
