False advertisement on the part of the designer

The dress pictured seems to not exist as I couldn’t find it anywhere in your store or in other stores. I did purchase one similar but I can’t understand why it’s pictured with flowers on sleeve and butterfly in the back and yet that dress doesn’t exist. Even your staff were very confused.
