worst experience with ordering
I attempted to order this time 5x in the last 2 weeks. Every time I was given the option to pick up in store and the item got cancelled three times. I reordered a different size and it took longer than the standard time to arrive. I had to return the item in store because the size was way too big. A smaller size was apparently available in store which was untrue. I reordered in store and selected standard shipping as the item red low stock. 3 days later my order was cancelled AGAIN! Before receiving this email, I called that morning and was told that while the item was low in stock, there were 3 items left in another store in FL and that is where my item would ship from. That was at 10 AM ET. By 9:30 PM, I received an email saying my order was canceled and out of stock. I will no longer be shopping with Bloomingdale’s.
DONT ORDER WITH BLOOMINGDALES! They’re thieves!
I never even received my item. I will make sure I tell ppl to not order from here!
