This dress is pretty but has too many issues

Unfortunately, there are a lot of issues with this dress. First, it arrived to me in a wrinkled ball, not something you want when buying a dress that costs nearly $700. Also, the slip doesn't match the cut of the dress. Finally, this dress does not work for a women with a bust that's a c cup and higher. The fabric is very pretty though.

Material is pretty. But dress fit is made for a tall slim person with small hips.
