This top is exactly what I needed for a dressier look in warmer weather. I love that it is well-made, lined, (so not see-thru) and very comfortable. The flutter sleeves and tie neck are my favorite style.

This top is so pretty. I did not find the ruffles on the shoulders to look too bulky on me. The fit is great. I ordered it in the ivory color. I love it so much, I will be ordering it it in black as well.

Cute but to big on shoulders

Very cute blouse but if you have broad shoulders this will make you look like a line backer! Sadly had to return.

I was looking for a special flutter sleeved scarf that wasn't "overly fluttery" and this was perfect! Have worn often already!
